Thin Or Fat

ari ni..aku nak share dgn korang psl GEMOK n KURUS...
aku sbnrnye bru terpikir bende ni..(dah lme act)
aku pelik..apsal girl duk ostel lg sng gemok..while boys dorg getting slim..
not all..but more than girl la..pelik en..
nth r..aku rse mkn x de r byk mne..dulu aku ade gak t'kene GEMOK ni..
but..bkn betul2 gemok la..i'm skinny be4..but then..a few years live in the ostel..
sometime i'm getting a normal weight....

so, my opinion ...
girls dier jd gemok sbb dier tension kat ostel..dier mkn byk..but not in a same time..
dier akn selalu mkn..pg,ptg..n the worse..be 4 sleep..dorg amik mkanan yg berat cth: nasi lemak..
hahaha...
kalo dorg nak amik...bley..but they can't sleep afta that,..they have to wait about 2 hours t allow digestion dlm perut dorg tu b'jln dgn lancar..so, xde r jd GEMOK...
aku rse kalo nak mkn byk..mkn r mse pg n tgh hari...xde r gemok en..
aku pon pena try bwt mkn mknnan berat sebelum tido...then..i sleep..
seyes..my exp..succeeded...sng gak nak gain weight en..
but..now, x lg.. ..aku pon skinny mcm dulu...
sbb i love to be skinny...

my frenz said that..most of them gain weight too much when they stay at home...
aku rse...depends on people la..
ade people yg x mkn byk kat rmh...sbb dier x igt nak mkn dah bile duk rmh..
sbb byk bende len yg dier nak bwt...they focus on those thing...
kalo ade yg ske sleep 4 whole day...lg r dorg melupakan mknan...
tapi... x bgos la....
mkn ikut time..that's a good lifestyle..then ptg..jog ke..jln2 ke..
lead a healthy lifestyle....begin in a young age..
so, dah tua xde r athritis..osteoporosis, diabetes..mcm2 lg r penyakit...
memule..aku igt exercise bende yg remeh..but not now...
i don't want suffer in athritis...(inflammation at joints)...yes, i know...when we are old..penyakit ni
x leh nak elak...tapi..we can make it slow...
takut aku nak jd tua..byk penyakit je...


ok la..aku rse en...sume org kene lead a healthy lifestyle dr awl lg...
kalo korang dah tua..nak menyesal..x yah r..dah lmbt sgt...
pas2 mati cepat..
